A note about fabrics we use...
Did you know that around 60% of the clothes out there today are made from plastic? A quick look at the labels will reveal synthetics like polyester, nylon, and acrylic. Only 1% of clothing is actually made with natural fibers, which makes the clothes we create truly unique.
What are natural fibers?
Natural fibers are materials that come from plants or animals including cotton, wool, flax, linen, etc.
Why natural fibers?
Natural fibers are breathable and comfortable against the skin. Some, like wool, are even antimicrobial, meaning it naturally fights odors. These materials are inherently biodegradable, come from the Earth and go back to it just as easily, making them a thoughtful choice.
Organic Cotton
Organic cotton is grown without fertilizers or pesticides unlike conventional cotton. The natural properties of cotton is that it makes the fabric breathable and soft.
To care for cotton garments, wash in cold water and skip the dryer. Air-drying uses less energy and also prolongs the lifespan of your clothing.
For our denim, we use an organic cotton that is lightweight and has an elegant twill texture.

Wool
Wool is naturally breathable and temperature-regulating, which means it reacts to the changes in your body temperature to provide insulation when you’re cold and releases heat when you’re warm.
Wool is also inherently antimicrobial, meaning it naturally fights odors.
For our corduroy, we blended the softness of cotton with the benefits of wool to create a unique cotton/wool corduroy.
