Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At a/c space, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theacspace.com with your order number.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment or dispatched, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If there are unexpected production or shipping delays, we will notify you of the updated timeline and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.

Returns After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
